I love seeing people change and improve their relationships, so that they are more fulfilling, collaborative, and connected.  I focus on helping clients find more adaptive ways to interact with their families, spouses, friends, and their environment to change patterns that are keeping them stuck.  I get excited when I can help clients to find strengths, they never knew they had and see things from a new perspective.  I work with individuals, couples and families and am passionate about working with families and couples through difficult transitions and complex issues.

I am trained in Structural and Strategic family therapy and therefore look at problems as being embedded within a system of relationships instead of located within an individual.  I see problems arising when people move between one stage of life and the next, and when the old ways of doing things are no longer productive, and perpetuate, rather than solve problems.  My approach is strengths based, solution-focused and outcome orientated.

I am an advanced clinical intern in the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Fairfield University and I attended the State University of New York at Geneseo, where I received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree.  I am a mom to two daughters and a wife to my husband of 14 years.  I love the outdoors and believe that getting outside in nature has a tremendously positive effect on our mental health and well-being. I offer an integrative approach to mind, body and health.  I am trained in working with the LGBTQ+ community and consider myself to be an affirming therapist.
