Throughout the seasons of our lives we have experiences that challenge us to grow and change. Sometimes in those moments, we feel stuck and need help navigating the things that we are facing, whether they are individual challenges or relational ones. Therapy is a place where I can meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to be. Together, we can set clear goals and find the ways that work for you to help you get unstuck!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate, with training grounded in Structural and Strategic Family Therapy. By identifying the processes happening, or looking at the bigger picture, we can find places to shift and change the ways in which we interact with others and bring about the change you are looking for. I work with individuals as well as couple and family clients and have a passion for helping people experiencing fertility issues, blended families, and families impacted by substance abuse.

I graduated with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fairfield University in 2015. I attended undergrad at the University of Connecticut where I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, with a specialization in neuroscience. When I’m not meeting with clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband, son and German Shepherd named Bruno.
