As a systemic therapist, I believe that some of the most fulfilling parts of life include our connection to others. Our ability to know ourselves as individuals, as well as how we relate best to others, can enhance this fulfillment. I enjoy meeting people who have made the decision to put energy into their growth and improve their ability to connect with family, friends, and community. With this goal in mind, I create a space where clients can explore their strengths, challenges, life influences, and relationships with a renewed awareness.
I am a marriage and family therapist in training at New York-Presbyterian Iona School of Health Sciences at Iona University. With a focus on the connection between mental and physical health, I enjoy helping my clients tap into their natural strengths as they work toward their goals. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and non-judgmental. I embrace the true individuality of each client and am grateful for the chance to understand each of them more deeply through the process.
I especially enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating life's natural transitions, as well as those who feel stuck in a situation or pattern that's no longer letting them thrive. Through this process I assist clients in viewing change and challenge as an opportunity for growth and enhanced connection.
Outside of the office, you will find me connecting with my loved ones through our shared passions: live music, travel, game nights, and any sport that will connect us with nature despite the weather.
