I work with individuals, couples, and families to help them understand their roles in relationships and build healthier ways of connecting. My approach is strength-based and systemic, which means I look at how the environment and social context shape patterns and behaviors. Together, we make sense of those patterns, explore what they mean, and align them with your goals. Awareness builds understanding, and understanding creates confidence and clarity.

I’m trained in EMDR through the EMDR Institute founded by Dr. Francine Shapiro. It’s a highly effective approach for trauma and PTSD and also helps reduce anger, anxiety, and emotional reactivity. EMDR supports clients in increasing emotional stamina and resilience while easing tension and stress.
Much of my work involves anxiety, anger, loss, and grief—often alongside acceptance, accountability, and deep emotional work. When clients engage at that level, lasting change becomes possible and sustainable.

Before becoming a therapist, I earned a Fine Arts degree in Theatre Performance and worked professionally in stage, film, and television—as a performer, in casting, and eventually as a producer. That experience taught me emotional sensitivity and the body’s connection to feeling and expression. I’ve spent years studying the biophysics of emotion and the links between body, breath, and brain.
I enjoy working with artists, creatives, and anyone who feels blocked, stuck, or “not enough.” Whether it’s performance anxiety, post-project depression, or emotion that’s hard to access due to anger, trauma, or loss, our work focuses on identifying and loosening what’s constraining you. Real change happens through collaboration: you’re the agent of change, and I hold the space and walk with you through it.
