Life is a complex journey, and the paths we choose can shape how connected, fulfilled, and grounded we feel. There are times in life when we find ourselves following the same path, which can make us feel stuck. Choosing a new path is courageous, something you don’t have navigate alone.
As a systemic therapist, I view individuals within the context of their broader relationships: family, partnerships, community, and the many systems that influence daily life. I work collaboratively with clients to understand the paths they’ve traveled, identify patterns that may no longer serve them, and explore new, more productive ways of engaging with themselves and others.
I am currently in the final stage of completing my Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) degree at Fairfield University and work as a clinical intern under the supervision of licensed, experienced MFT professionals. I see therapy as a collaborative process, one that honors both the challenges and the possibilities of change. My goal is to offer an open, empathetic space where clients feel supported as they explore new perspectives and move toward meaningful growth.
Before entering the field of therapy, I earned a BFA from the University of Georgia and built a diverse career as a jewelry designer, real estate professional, and small business owner. These experiences have strengthened my appreciation for creativity, adaptability, and the many ways people navigate their lives.
Outside the therapy room, I spend my time cooking, enjoying time with family and friends, expanding my knowledge, exploring the wonders of nature, gardening, holistic health, practicing yoga, and traveling the world.
