At different points in life, we all experience periods of feeling stuck. I believe in taking a holistic approach to understanding these challenges. I am passionate about fostering healthy relationships and empowering individuals and families to navigate life's challenges.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate (LMFTA) with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fairfield University. I believe meaningful change happens over time and rarely in a straight line. Rather than expecting clients to be “fixed,” I focus on meeting people exactly where they are and supporting them through the natural ups and downs of growth. I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, strengthen their connections, and achieve personal growth.

With a strong foundation in Systemic Therapy, I strive to integrate evidence-based practices with each client's unique background and values. My approach emphasizes curiosity, compassion, and practical change while creating a space where clients feel understood and respected.Beyond clinical practice, I am actively engaged in ongoing research and professional development initiatives to deepen my understanding of theories and their practical applications.

My perspective as a therapist is deeply shaped by my background as a former Division 1 athlete. Competing at a high level sparked my interest in the mental world of athletes, particularly anxiety, performance pressure, and the role of superstitions and rituals. This passion led to my Master’s Research Thesis, where I explored these experiences through a systemic lens, examining how relational patterns influence coping, identity, and resilience in high-performance environments. This foundation continues to inform my work, especially with individuals navigating pressure, transitions, identity shifts, and relational stress.

Outside of my professional pursuits, I enjoy running and going to the beach with my husband and dog. I am eager to contribute my skills and passion for relational wellness to support individuals and families on their journey toward healing.

I strive to offer a supportive, collaborative space where change feels possible, growth feels accessible, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
