At different points in life, we all experience periods of feeling stuck. I believe in taking a holistic approach to understanding these challenges. I am passionate about fostering healthy relationships and empowering individuals and families to navigate life's challenges. As a clinical intern, I’m currently pursuing my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Fairfield University. I hope to bring a compassionate and client-centered approach to my work focusing.
My academic and professional journeys are centered around understanding human behavior and exploring its complexities, through study and practical application in therapeutic settings. I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, strengthen their connections, and achieve personal growth.
With a strong foundation in Systemic Therapy, I strive to integrate evidence-based practices with each client's unique background and values. I am enthusiastic about continuing to learn and grow under the supervision of experienced clinicians, as I work towards becoming a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Beyond clinical practice, I am actively engaged in ongoing research and professional development initiatives to deepen my understanding of theories and their practical applications.
Outside of my professional pursuits, I enjoy running and going to the beach with my husband and dog. I am eager to contribute my skills and passion for relational wellness to support individuals and families on their journey toward healing.
