Whole Soul Counseling is a group therapy practice located in Stamford, CT — just minutes from Greenwich. We provide individual, couples, and family therapy for adults and teens 16+ throughout Fairfield County, including Greenwich and surrounding communities.

Our team of Marriage and Family Therapists specializes in neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQ+-affirming, and trauma-informed care. We take a relational, systemic approach — looking at the whole picture, not just the presenting problem.

We see patients in person at our Stamford office and via telehealth throughout Connecticut and New York. We are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare/Oxford, and Husky Health for individual therapy. Couples and family therapy are self-pay.
