Whole Soul Counseling is a group therapy practice located in Stamford, C,  just minutes from Norwalk. We provide individual, couples, and family therapy for adults and teens 16+ throughout Fairfield County, including Norwalk and surrounding communities.

Our team of Marriage and Family Therapists specializes in neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQ+-affirming, and trauma-informed care. We take a relational, systemic approach, looking at the whole picture, not just the presenting problem.

We see patients in person at our Stamford office and via telehealth throughout Connecticut and New York. We are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare/Oxford, and Husky Health for individual therapy. Couples and family therapy are self-pay.
